The compact and handy inspection device Seidenader VPE is applied for quality control sample checks and allows inspection for particles in liquid products using the same illumination and rotation features as used in
the production machines.
The containers are placed onto a centralized plate that is rotated with continuously adjust-able speed. Particulate matter in the liquid is whirled up. A high concentrated and in its intensity adjustable light beam through the bottom of the container causes particles to reflect light (Tyndall Effect) and therefore facilitates the inspection. For the control of cartridges and syringes a continuously ad-justable polarized back light can be switched on additionally.
