Seidenader present an alternative bulk syringe feeding and orientation system to feed high speed syringe processing machines like washing machines, labelers or inspection machines.
The syringe cascading system receives the products in bulk either fed manually or with a feeding conveyor.
A system of surface treated orientation bars lift the syringes in multiple steps out of the bulk reservoir.
At the top step, the syringes slide into a system of o-ring belts and transfer towards the outfeed rail.
