The Seidenader MS series are high per-
formance inspection machines for con-
tainer sizes ranging from 1 ml to 100 ml,
and for a great variety of parenteral pro-
ducts.
Liquid solutions or opaque suspensions
as well as lyophilized products can be
checked for particles and cosmetic de-
fects in one machine.
The MS series has an output of 200 to 400 containers per minute, depending on product and container size. A wide range of paren-
terals can be inspected on the MS, operated either offline or online with filling and packag-ing lines.

Particle detection through image subtraction method. This technique requires less pro-duct agitation for reliable particle detection than most of the existing systems while maintaining reliable detection performance.
